Family Fun Night

For an early X-mas present, I brought my whole family; son Randy, his wife, Crystal and two grandsons, Aidon and Dommenic to watch the Avs take down the Blackhawks. I hope this was the start of a Holiday Tradition because we had so much fun we all want to do it again. I have taken Randy to a couple of games and the boys once last season; on these occasions the Avs failed to win, but we had fun anyway. The other night made up for it though with a score of 7 to 3. This was Crystal's first game and I think she had more fun than the rest of us put together. I'm pretty sure that tradition has been established. GO AVS! WOO WOO!

Disappointing Experience Overall

You asked - # - Seats are way too small & narrow - substantially narrower than most airline seats - cramped & uncomfortable # - Seat cupholders are terribly positioned interfering with use of armrests # - Hockey etiquette has totally gone by the wayside - missed several key plays due to people in the aisles - where are the ushers? # - Concessions are tremendously overpriced - for very mediocre food - $14 for a beer (thought it was for a 6-pack!) # - Parking overpriced at $25 # - Took forever to exit from handicapped parking exit # - I'll enjoy watching future games now more than ever to Altitude!
